방폭형 진공건조기 (Safety Vacuum drying Oven)

- Preheating chamber의 기술에 의한 균일한 온도분포 유지
- Solvents나 부식성이 있는 물질의 건조등에도 강한 내부성을 가지고 있다.
- Cleaning이 쉽게 설계되어 있다.
- 문은 Spring이 부착된 이중문으로 되어 있고, Poly Carbonate의 재질로 폭발시 안전밸브의 역할과 파편으로
   부터 보호를 한다.
- 내부의 Shelves는 벽면과 접촉면이 넓어서 높은 열전도율을 준다.
  (진공상태에서는 Shelve를 통해서만 열전달이 되므로 완전밀착과 접촉면적이 중요함)
- Air Ventilation Valve가 있어 Vacuum이 고장나거나 실수로 인한 시료의 비산을 방지한다.
- Heater 열선과 chamber가 Perheating의 원리로 분리되어 있고, 전기스파크나 화염의 원인이 될수 있는 전선과
  Controller부분이 chamber 윗부분에 독립되어 있게 하였고, 이 사이에 Air를 채움으로써 화염성 Gas등이
  스며들지 못하도록 설계 제작되었다. (Flame Shield gasket이 부착)
- chamber 내부의 진공도가 125mbar이하에서만 Heating이 시작된다.
- 국가, 국제 규격 조건 (FDA/EMEA/ISO, EU, PIC/PICS, ICH, WHO등)을 만족시키기 위한 최적의 실험장비임.
- GLP, GMP조건을 위한 Data monitoring & Documentation Software가 Option으로 공급.
- DQ(Design Qualification), IQ(Installation Qualification), OP(Operational Qualification),
PQ(Performance Qualification)을 만족할 수 있는 WTB-Binder사만의 100년의 경험과 기술이 공급되어 진다.
